Naoto Fukasawa
Product designer. Born in Yamanashi in 1956. He has continued to hold workshops based upon his own thoughts regarding the transposition of human unconsciousness into design – a philosophy that could be best expressed using the terms “Without Thought” or “The Center of Consciousness” – and has won design awards for this both domestically and abroad. He has worked with major companies both domestically and from overseas including in Italy, France, Germany and Northern Europe. His wall-mounted CD player for MUJI, humidifier for ±0 (PLUS MINUS ZERO), and INFOBAR and Neon for au/KDDI are part of The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA, New York) permanent design collection and he has won over sixty awards. In 2007, he was accorded the title of Royal Designer for Industry (Royal Society of Arts).

Tamotsu Fujii
Photographer. Born in Shimane in 1949. After working at the OSAKA SENDEN KENKYUSHO CO., LTD. Fujii relocated to Tokyo in 1976, establishing Tamotsu Fujii Photography and launching his career as an independent photographer. Major exhibitions include The Moon Tonight (1998, Zurich) and Kamuimintara (2006, Tokyo/Kobe), His published photo collections include ESUMI(1996, Little More Publishing), Niraikanai (1999, Little More Publishing), Fujii Films (2000, Rikuyosha), AKARI (2005, Little More Publishing), and Kamuimintara (2006, Little More Publishing). Fujii has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the ADC (Art Director's Club) award, the ACC (All Japan Radio & Television Commercial Confederation) award, the Asahi Advertising Award and the Silver Lion at the Cannes International Advertising Festival.

Takayuki Soeda
Art Director. Born in 1950. Graduated from Tokyo Metropolitan KOGEI High School. After working at SUN-AD Company Limited and NAKAHATA COMPANY, LTD, Soeda established SOEDA DESIGN FACTORY in 1995. His past projects include advertisement for Suntory, “NAMADARU”, “Malt”, “Whisky KONISHIKI Campaign”, ANA, TOYOTA “ECO PROJECT”, SHARP Liquid crystal television “AQUOS”, TAKAHASHI SHUZOH, The Japan Medical Association. Soeda has been the recipient of numerous awards, including the Asahi Advertising Award, Tokyo Art Directors Club Award, Tokyo Copywriters Club Award, Mainichi Advertisement Design Award, Yomiuri Advertising Award, Fuji Sankei Communication Group Advertising Award, Nikkei Advertising Award, Japan Advertising Club Award. He is a member of Tokyo Art Directors’ Club, TOKYO TYPE DIRECTORS CLUB, Japan Graphic Designers Association Inc.
