[ SPRING ] The century-long use sofa by Japanese craftspeople WISE-WISE
Natural but inhomogeneous materials are used for this sofa, including solid wood for the frame, deer skin the upholstering and horsehair the stuffing. The suspension is traditional 8-way hand tied springs, which is durable but time-consuming to install and requires skills and experiences of craftspeople. This is the ultimate sofa named "SPRING" which will last a lifetime as a beautiful part of your life. Also, SPRING is an answer from Shigeki Miyamoto, a sofa craftsman, and Taku Satoh, a designer, to the question of what Japanese can do for the world.
