◯ Galley 1, pooploop room, exhibits items related to "waste and excrement." With a vast range of 300 - 400 categories of exhibit, it shows recycled resources, fossils and shells; also included are over 190 types of soil, products made from excrement, real excrement, things related to familiar matters of fermentation, things suggestive of circulation, the life-cycle of earthworms, and materials relating to toilets.
Video works are by Tomohiro Okazaki, Kitasenju Design, Zack Lieberman, Shunsuke Takawo, TatsuyaM and Dave White.

◯ Gallery 2, together with some other exhibition areas, introduces research into new types of circulation. It re-evaluates concepts of "waste and excrement"; it proposes approaches to re-define waste" it rethinks relationships between humanity and nature, while also visualizing largescale circulations of kinds not previously recognized.
Exhibits include work by Koro Ihara, Hiraku Ogura, Alternative Machine, Yuma Kano, Taku Satoh, Ayaka Shimizu, STUDIO SWINE, Shinichi Takemura, Akiko Nakayama, Shuta Hasunuma, Mike Kelley, Toshio Matsui, Hideyuki Yamano, Katsunobu Yoshida, Amachi Yoshimoto.

◯ Mai Tsunoo's specially written "Poopoem (Unchi-ku)" will be exhibited around the exhibition space in scattered form. The sunken court will house an installation by the gardening unit veig.

◯Exhibition fliers will be precious souvenirs for some, but for others they become waste. The exhibition "pooploop" provides recycling mechanisms with unwanted fliers collected at 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT for repurposing.
